Shipping policy

when you order from mud to a rock you pay a $25 flat shipping rate for shipping within canada and $30 flat shipping rate for packages shipped out internationally. All packages will be sent by canada post, including a tracking number, in as few packages as possible. If you order a large amount of items, you may receive more than one package with an extra flat rate charge per package. YOu will be notified if this is the case.

reused packing material will be used whenever available and special care will be taken with each of your precious pieces. If you find a piece has been damaged in shipping, please take a picture of the item in its original, opened package. I will do my best to fix any issues you have. JUST click to EMAIL ME
